Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations:
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any charges.
If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.
No-shows will be charged for one night's stay.

Non-Refundable Reservations:
Non-refundable reservations are fully charged at the time of booking and cannot be canceled or modified.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, no refunds will be issued.

Group Reservations:
Group reservations (bookings of 5 rooms or more) must be canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges.
Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Special Promotions and Packages:
Cancellations or modifications for reservations made under special promotions or packages must adhere to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.

Early Departures:
Early departures are subject to a fee equivalent to one night's stay unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

Third-Party Bookings:
If the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation policy of the respective platform will apply.
