1. Terms of use
These terms and conditions – which may be amended from time to time – apply to all our services provided directly or indirectly via the Internet, e-mail or telephone. By accessing, browsing or using our website and/or making a reservation, you accept and agree that you have read, understood and agreed to the stated conditions.

1.1 Scope of our service
On the website, we present our accommodation units through which visitors can book accommodation. By reserving accommodation in this way, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the owner of the property you are reserving. Our services are intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes. It is therefore not permitted to resell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download, or reproduce any content or information, or services from our site for any commercial or competitive activities or purposes.

1.2 Price guarantee
The prices on our site are highly competitive. Everything includes VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated on the website or in the e-mail - confirmation. Sometimes lower prices are offered, however, they include special restrictions and conditions, for example in relation to cancellations and refunds. Please carefully review the information about the accommodation unit and the details related to the price before booking the accommodation. The currency converter is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered precise or time-accurate; actual exchange rates may vary.

1.3 No commission
Our services do not include commission, we will not charge you for the reservation or add any fee to the cost of the accommodation.

1.4 Credit Card
We need your credit card information in order to charge you for the accommodation or to confirm the reservation because you will have the option of paying the total accommodation in advance, by transaction or you can do it in cash upon arrival at the accommodation. In order to store and cryptographically protect your credit card data, we use secure technology for our services. In the case of special prices or offers, your card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any possibility of refund) immediately upon confirmation of the reservation. Please check the details and conditions of the accommodation before booking it.

1.5 Cancellation
By booking accommodation, you accept and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy, as well as any additional conditions that may apply to your booking or stay. The general cancellation and no-show policy in all accommodation locations is highlighted on our website during the booking process and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain prices and special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Check the details and conditions of the accommodation before you book it.

1.6 Further Correspondence
‍In addition to the e-mail confirming the reservation, we will send you notifications and e-mails about the selected details of our services, you have agreed to this.

1.7 Disclaimer
Subject to the limitations set forth in these terms and conditions, we are solely responsible for direct damages actually incurred, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable lack of our obligations regarding our services, up to the aggregate amount of the total cost of your reservation as stated in the confirmation email. 1.8 Miscellaneous
If not stated otherwise, computer programs necessary for our services, present or used on our website and intellectual property rights (including copyright), content, information and material are the property of VICTORIA ADRIA TOURIST d.o.o. These rules and conditions of our services will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Croatian law and all disputes arising as a result of these general rules and conditions and our services will be the exclusive responsibility of the competent court in Pula, Croatia.

‍2. Reservation of rooms

‍2.1 General terms and conditions
VAT is included in the price.
Residence tax is not included in the price.

2.2 Reservation guaranteed by credit card
Online booking requires the user to enter the database, where the confirmation is issued based on the credit card information provided by the guest through the security system. Credit card details are used exclusively to guarantee arrival and no transaction will be made, except in the case when:

o the customer issues a special authorization for the transaction
o the guest does not show up or cancels his reservation late
o advance payment required to confirm the reservation.

2.3 Arrival / departure
Arrival must take place on the agreed date between 2 and 10 pm. In case of delay, the guest must inform VICTORIA ADRIA TOURIST d.o.o. in time. Otherwise, the room will be guarded until 10:00 a.m. the next day, after which it can be released. Upon arrival and check-in, each guest is required to present personal documents. He leaves the room no later than 10 o'clock.

‍2.4 Liability of VICTORIA ADRIA TOURISTd.o.o.
VICTORIA ADRIA TOURIST d.o.o. assumes no responsibility in cases of breakdown, accident, loss, theft or any inconvenience in the room. However, VICTORIA ADRIA TOURIST d.o.o. will provide assistance in solving the problem. In the event that it is determined that the guest has stolen decorations, towels, dishes, etc. VICTORIA ADRIA TOURIST d.o.o. has the right to additionally collect a certain amount from the guest in the estimated amount of the stolen. In case of legal disputes, the court in Pula is exclusively competent.

2.5 Special Rules
VICTORIA ADRIA TOURIST d.o.o. reserves the right, in case of unforeseen circumstances, to change the room for another one with similar conditions, if there are available units at that time. Requests for special rooms (floor, number, etc.) will be considered but cannot be guaranteed in any way. The description of room decoration on our website may differ in exceptional cases. Staff of VICTORIA ADRIA TOURIST d.o.o. is authorized to enter the room even without your presence in order to carry out repairs or for maintenance needs.

‍2.6 Rental Terms
It is forbidden to accept morepeople in the room than is allowed according to the number of bedsindicated in our offer. The stay of pets is allowed only with the consent ofVICTORIA ADRIATOURIST d.o.o.. All guests must respect the house rules,especially the rules about silence during the afternoon hours between 3-5 pmand at night from 11pm.

‍3. Equipment in rooms
‍All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with a set of kitchen utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery), cold and hot running water, refrigerator, oven, hood, coffee machine and sockets (220 V). Blanket and pillow, bed linen and towels are available for each bed. All room have a safe.

‍3.1 Caution
Guests should handle equipment and utensils in the rooms (cutlery, refrigerator, oven, mattresses, etc.) with the utmost care. Remarks regarding the condition of the room and equipment will be accepted only within 24 hours after arrival, with the fact that upon entering the room or room, the guest and the staff will inspect the entire interior in order to determine the condition of the accommodation unit. Broken or damaged items must be paid for before departure.
